We had a decent stay at this resort in terms of the facilities, but the service and communication were really disappointing. 1. The receptionist seemed very unsure about everything. Any time we asked for information, she either didn’t know or had to get back to us — often with incorrect details. 2. We booked a Phi Phi Island tour through the hotel for 1,700 baht per person. The receptionist told us we would need to pay an extra 200 baht per person for the national park fee, which we accepted. However, when we arrived for the tour, they told us it was actually 400 baht per person. This left us feeling embarrassed, and to make things worse, the tour staff were very rude. 3. At this hotel, daily room cleaning isn’t automatic. You have to hang a “Make Up Room” sign for housekeeping to come, which we only found out after returning from a tour to an uncleaned room. The explanation given was vague and didn’t match what was actually happening. Overall, while the stay itself was fine, the poor communication, lack of warmth, and inaccurate information really brought the experience down. Definitely not the welcoming service we expected.

I had a lovely stay at The Pin Boutique! The room was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. I especially loved the thoughtful interior design and cozy vibe. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. 🥰 Thanks again for the warm welcomeing with the cute elephant towel folding as i requested.❤️ Highly recommended if you’re looking for a relaxing stay in a boutique-style hotel. Would definitely come back again! and the breakfast is Awesome!

The front desk staffs were very polite and friendly. Room was very clean and maintained well. Definitely worth for money with the pleasure stays. We also rented motor from hotel and everything was smooth.

Very very nice villa, at first we booked pool villa, after 2 nights staying, we requested to upgrade to grand villa, it was very spacious & nice. We don even need to go outside, can just stay in the villa the whole day. My husband celebrated my birthday for me, they helped to decorate the room. Very friendly staff too

Very very nice villa, at first we booked pool villa, after 2 nights staying, we requested to upgrade to grand villa, it was very spacious & nice. We don even need to go outside, can just stay in the villa the whole day. My husband celebrated my birthday for me, they helped to decorate the room. Very friendly staff too
